Challenges:

Save The Pine Trees, a 501(c)(3) organization, operates entirely with a volunteer work force. They have experienced a 12% decrease in membership. Analysis revealed that a lack of recruitment caller’s experience was part of the problem. 

Solutions:

It was determined that teaching the recruitment caller’s the Up-Front Contracts technique would improve recruitment caller’s success.  

Results:

An Instructor Led Training module was developed which allowed volunteers to practice and be evaluated using the technique on simulated recruitment calls.
